15% member discount
Members receive a 15% discount on products and services needed to bring the home up to minimum local code and National Fire Protection Association standards. Eligible work and any limits should be confirmed before work is approved.
Two-year repair warranty
Your standard one-year repair warranty extends to two years while you remain a Safety & Savings Plan member. Ask our team for the written coverage, exclusions and any applicable service-call charges.
Priority scheduling
Members receive scheduling priority. Appointments are during regular business hours and subject to availability; membership does not promise immediate, same-day or after-hours service.
Reduced service fee
Members receive a reduced service fee. Contact our office for the current member fee and any diagnostic charges before booking.
Member-only specials
Occasional offers and exclusive discounts for members. Each offer will explain its eligibility and terms.

Know what is being checked.
Your plan includes an electrical safety evaluation when you join and each year you remain a member. The annual visit covers:
- Testing smoke detectors.
- Testing GFCI outlets.
- Testing arc-fault circuit breakers.
- Inspecting electrical panel connections and tightening connections as appropriate.
Testing and panel work are performed by the electrician where safe and accessible. Ask about the visit scope, access requirements and any separate charges for parts or repairs before your appointment.

Who can join the Safety & Savings Plan?
The plan is intended for homeowners in our Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire service area. Contact our office to confirm eligibility, service availability and coverage for your address.
How much does membership cost?
Contact our team for current membership pricing and payment options. Review the complete written agreement before enrolling.
What does the annual assessment include?
The annual assessment covers testing smoke detectors, GFCI outlets and arc-fault breakers, plus inspecting and tightening electrical panel connections as appropriate. Work is limited to the agreed scope and equipment that is safe and accessible. Confirm any separate charges for parts or repairs before your visit.
What does the 15% discount apply to?
The member discount applies to qualifying products and services needed to bring the home up to minimum local code and National Fire Protection Association standards. Ask our team to confirm eligible work, any savings cap, exclusions and whether offers can be combined before approving a project.
Are repairs included in the membership?
Membership does not mean unlimited or free repairs. Ask for the scope and price of any work outside the included assessment. Members receive a two-year repair warranty while membership remains active, subject to the written coverage and exclusions.
Does priority scheduling mean emergency service?
No. Priority scheduling applies during regular business hours and is subject to availability. It does not guarantee immediate or same-day appointments, overnight response or 24/7 service.
Are service or diagnostic charges waived?
The plan includes a reduced service fee. Do not assume all service or diagnostic charges are waived. Ask our office for the current fees and the rules for warranty visits before booking.
Will the assessment find every electrical issue?
No. An assessment helps identify visible or accessible concerns within its scope. Hidden conditions may require further investigation. It does not replace an official inspection or guarantee a home without electrical failures.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
Ask our office for the written renewal and cancellation terms before enrolling, including any minimum commitment, notice requirement, fees and refund policy.
Can my membership transfer if I move?
The plan offers transfer options when you sell your home or move within our service area. Contact our team to confirm the conditions, process and any fees for your situation.
